Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving this year was a little different..... Joe and I decided to have our own at our own home.  The Bunnies were a tad bit disappointed, but it worked out GREAT!  Of course, with just the 4 of us, I didn't go completely all out, but the fixing's were there and we all left stuffed.

On our Wedding Day, my dear friend, Cynthia, created us a "time capsule" and left us with instructions to open it on our 10th Anniversary.  Well...... I spent our Anniversary at a Scout meeting..... So, I decided to open it on our 10th Thanksgiving together.  It was AWESOME!  She had placed notes that Joe and I had written to one another in this "capsule" along with a flower from my bouquet, rose Joe had given me, pieces from the food served, that day's paper (including the ads!!!), a few other things pertaining from that blessed day.  I created a questionnaire and each of us filled it out and placed it into the "capsule"  for us to see in another 10 years:)  It was simple, yet fun.  And the best part was we were together.

After dinner, we hopped in the truck and went looking for deer..... And we found 3 nice bucks chasing does around in Meadow and about 35 head of Elk!  We didn't get pictures.... But got them all on Video:)

The next evening, we traveled to Salt Lake to visit Joe's family. And on Saturday had a big meal with several of his family members.  It was nice to see them all and get re-acquainted.
Joe and his Prime Rib:)

Bunny Em took this photo while we were viewing the Elk herd:)

Aunt Bobbie Jo, Mom Donna, and cousin Larry:)

It was a good Thanksgiving for us this year, as every year is.  We are getting older and wiser and a lot busier!  I hope that where ever you spent the Hoilday, that it was filled with love, respect, and grace:)

Halloween Fun Faire:)

Halloween begin for us when Bunny B planted his pumpkin seeds!  He was able to grow 9 + 2 wonderful Orange and White pumpkins!  But I must say the Orange are much easier to carve!!
Bunny Em did a great job carving her scary face, Mine is the BOO, and Joe took on a Spider,,,, B wasn't feeling well, so he chose a design and I carved it for him.  It was so easy after I had just carved a white pumpkin on my own!
I WON tickets.... I know, ME WON!  Anyway, I had won 4 tickets to ride the Haunted Heber Valley Railroad.  We arrived in Provo Canyon in our warm coats prepared for scary:)  However, it was more fun than scary!  They had ghosts and zombies run through the railroad cars.... Bunny B's face was priceless as a "Ghost" sat down from across us.  He looked out the window, looked back and the "Ghost" was gone!  It was great!  If your in that area for Halloween, I suggest a little scary train ride, it was short, but enjoyable!
Bunny Em chose to become a "Dragonfly"  for this hallowed day....  She was all glitterly and colorful:)
For Trick-Or-Treat, she decided that the Air Force was the way to go.  Thanks to my cuz, Ryan, for the outfit!  Both Bunnies LOVE it!
After searching for costumes, Bunny B saw this one and was done!  He LOVES Ghostbusters!  And was super-duper excited to be a Ghostbuster for Halloween!  And I think he made being a Ghostbuster look good:)
Here are all the Trick-Or-Treaters!  A very scary bunch, if ya ask me!  We went to the Trunk-Or-Treat before beginning on the door to door begging for vandy quest.  When Bunny B's pumpkin was full, it was time to call it quits.  All in all, they had a great Halloween.  Bunny Em with her friends, and Bunny B with his cousins.  Between everything, we nearly passed out 150 glow sticks and candy!   The best part was the weather was PERFECT!  Happy Halloween!

A Bunch of Hare's....

As we were visiting some of the Hare family this past weekend, Joe's sister thought it would be a great idea to snap a few photos.  I must agree.  There family has NEVER had family pictures before, which I, being the photo freakzoid, find astounding!  But I have NEVER seen any so it must be true..... So here's a few of the pictures that we managed to get:)  And for a spur-of-the-moment-idea, I think they turned out pretty well:)
